You Can Find Peace with Food this Fall

292 0

Yup, we allll know Fall is here! I find Fall to be a time of transition… anticipation for the holidays and with summer slowing down.

I love, love, LOVE working with women during this season because I’m passionate about guiding them to feel SET and prepared to take on the holidays (without stressing about bingeing on all the holiday cookies, cakes, and other goodies)! I know what it felt like to HATE going to holiday parties because I knew I’d just end up “blowing it” and eat all the junk only to feel lazy, grossed out, and ashamed.

Once I found peace with food a few years ago, I became obsessed with helping other women do the same. Now that it’s fall I know the importance of putting in the work now so that when Christmas rolls around you’ll be ready to take it on knowing you can enjoy all your favorite goodies in moderation while maintaining a healthy, fit body.

We all deserve to enjoy some ice cream (like my fave combo below):

Without feeling like we’ve “cheated” on our diets so we might as well eat everything else in sight. You CAN eat these fun, yummy foods without feeling that urge to binge, I promise.

So, anyway, my point of today’s post is to share some options with you on how you can change your relationship with food for good (some of you have been asking about my coaching prices and what’s available). I currently have 3 options:

  1. The Classic Finding Balance Program(this is like a self-study of my virtual health coaching program, click here for details)!
  1. The VIP Finding Balance Program(this version comes with one on one health coaching sessions and is my most popular option)!
  1. One on One Health Coaching package(you must sign up for a free consultation here first before we discuss moving forward formally)!

You deserve to have an amazing Fall full of growth, positive changes, and fulfillment. Working on your relationship with food NOW will bring you into the holidays feeling READY, pumped up, and able to be PRESENT with loved ones instead of obsessed with the food.

Please email me if you have any questions about my offerings, or just want to chat! I’m here to help guide YOU. That is my purpose. 🙂
