What I Ate Yesterday

Hi! How are you today?

I love, love, love seeing people’s “daily eats” I don’t know why… I just find it so fun and I always get good ideas! Today I thought I’d share what I ate the other day.

I woke up around 5:30am, and chugged some water to start my day. Then, I always pop in a podcast & do a work out of some kind. Yesterday I did a shoulder/bicep HIIT workout. It looked like this:

  • 30 seconds of a shoulder move (repeating each move 2 times ~ I did about 8 different moves) with 10 second breaks in between
  • 5 minute power walk on the treadmill
  • 30 seconds of a bicep move (repeating each move 2 times ~ I did about 8 different moves)

After that I had some coffee with cream + cinnamon raisin Ezekial muffin with peanut butter & jelly, hemp seeds, and banana slices!



Then I showered, got ready, did my morning routine/rituals (some visualization, goal writing, to-do list planning, prioritizing, and so on)! After that I got to work!

Around 11:30 I started to get hungry so I had an amazing pita with hummus, tomatoes, feta, lettuce, and the best part – olives.



I then ran some errands, called my mom (hey girl), and went for a walk!

Around 5 I started to get hungry again so I had a Detour “snack bar” (not pictured here – so yummy though)!

Then, for dinner about an hour later I had a veggie hot dog (I don’t eat meat), some pop chips, and some brussels + peppers sauteed in olive oil. Perfect summery dinner that I ate outside with my boyfriend. We turned on some music and just chatted while eating slowly. It was lovely. 🙂



We cleaned up, and then I did a little more work. After a bit, I knew I wanted something sweet so I had a small bowl of “Mediterranean Mint” by Talenti… oh my goodness. So, so sooo good. I definitely recommend if you like mint!



So, my question for you is…. What’s your favorite ice cream flavor? Mine is either vanilla or this mint currently!!
