My New Favorite Obsession!

Hey everyone!

A few of you have been asking what it looks like for me (food-wise) in a day. Personally, I love seeing other people’s “What I Eat in A Day” and other things like that. It’s fun to get new ideas and see how people listen to and honor their bodies while still eating nutrient dense foods.

I wanted to start by simply sharing my current breakfast obsession and key component that makes it great.

This is a loaded yogurt bowl! I love crunch with my yogurt. Anyone else?

What’s in it?

Equilibrium Energy Superfood is my favorite addition to my breakfast yogurt bowls. It is Raw, Non GMO, Gluten & dairy free, nut free & sodium free. Now, I don’t restrict anything or count calories/stress around food, but it DOES feel good to know that I’m getting this superfood concoction in my daily breakfast. I FEEL amazing when I add a teaspoon (which is all you need) into my bowls!

It sounds silly, but I have noticed a difference in my energy levels when I add this to my yogurt.  I did it for 2  weeks straight (I was on a kick with my bowls) and the first day I didn’t have my teaspoon in the morning I noticed something was off. It’s all about noticing what your body is saying to you… and I’ve really been working on that over the years. It was great to get a clear signal.
