Hi there! Glad you’re here. Traveling & out of routine events use to cause me so much stress and anxiety because I thought I’d end up “bingeing the whole time.” Which, is exactly what happened because I’d SET myself up to fulfill that…. instead of telling myself that I COULD eat in a way that would feel good and be honoring my hunger cues.
