Hi there! Glad you’re here. Traveling & out of routine events use to cause me so much stress and anxiety because I thought I’d end up “bingeing the whole time.” Which, is exactly what happened because I’d SET myself up to fulfill that…. instead of telling myself that I COULD eat in a way that would feel good and be honoring my hunger cues.

Anyway, I’ve got a short video sharing some simple tips YOU can use so that the next time you’re on a trip or out of routine event in your life you can handle it with ease, without bingeing, AND without stressing about food/calories/macros. 🙂
