Hi there! When I was really struggling with food (following a strict diet plan one week, to all out overeating for 3 days straight the next week) journalling SAVED me.
But I was super strategic about HOW I set up my journal. I was consistent and very specific about what/how I wrote. I still follow this simple formula today. I realized what worked best through some research in the area of goal setting, wellness, and habit forming. Some of the most helpful authors during this research were: Brian Tracy, Darren Hardy, and Charles Duhigg.
Hundreds of women that I’ve worked with have also used this strategy to get out of the diet trap.
