When I was struggling with my body image, listening to my body and learning to QUIET the diet mindset I felt like honoring my hunger cues was the hardest part.
I had so many questions:
- What am I hungry for?!
- How do I know if I’m hungry?
- How do I stop eating if I’m not hungry anymore?
- Why do I always eat past comfort?
- How do I know if I’ve had ‘just enough’?
