How to Listen to Your Hunger

Good morning! I hope you’re doing well!

When I was struggling with my body image, listening to my body and learning to QUIET the diet mindset I felt like honoring my hunger cues was the hardest part.

I had so many questions:

  • What am I hungry for?!
  • How do I know if I’m hungry?
  • How do I stop eating if I’m not hungry anymore?
  • Why do I always eat past comfort?
  • How do I know if I’ve had ‘just enough’?


I’m trying to answer some of these questions in the following super short video!
