Hey there!

Today I want to share how my one on one, 3 month health coaching package works. I’ve recently changed how I do things, and I thought if you’ve ever been curious then I could lay it out really clearly for you!

First, some frequently asked questions:

  • Who do I work with?
    I work with women who are wanting peace with food. Women who have struggled with dieting, and are ready to be free of the obsession. I work with women who value health and fitness, but want it to be a lifestyle – not strict diet that leads them to binge. I work with women who are ready to take the steps to self-love and self-care. If you’re wanting to be present with friends and loved ones without constantly hearing the diet voice in your mind, then we are most likely a good fit. ūüôā
  • Why does health coaching work?¬†
    As your coach; I get to know you, gently hold you accountable to working towards your ideal relationship to food. I’ve been through it all, so I understand completely. I am free of judgement and focus on YOUR specific needs, tweaking & adjusting things as you want along the way. I am dedicated to supporting you and helping you succeed.
    **If you keep WANTING to make changes, but haven’t – it could be because you need invest a little time and/or money to get that accountability piece in order to follow through and MAKE the changes!During my journey to find peace with food, it wasn’t until I started working with a health coach that I truly was able to implement everything I’d learned. Having someone there to listen, guide, and support (while KNOWING they understood what I was going through) changed everything for me.
  • How does it work?
    I offer a 3 month package (more details here). Our sessions are 50 minutes long (there are about 12-14 sessions) via phone call, Skype, face to face if local, or gmail chat. Each session comes with a worksheet that is designed specifically for you, and your ideal relationship to food. Your worksheets end up becoming a guide you use for the rest of your life! In between sessions you have email & texting access to me!
  • What happens when you sign up?
    When you sign up, you will automatically receive an email with details on your package. In that email, we will set up our first session!
  • What happens if you go a few weeks without a session? Does that count against my 3 months?
    No, it does not. We will keep working together until we’re at 12-14 sessions. If that is spread out over 4 months, no big deal! I have the 3 month option to let in new women all at once (and to close it off so I can really focus on the few women I am working with).
  • How do you show interest in working with me?¬†
    You can always email me ( to express your interest for the next available opening. I will get back to you with details ASAP! Or, you can sign up for a free consultation where we can discuss that plus some strategies!
  • When do spots open up?
    I open 10 new spots onDecember 1,¬†March 1,¬†June 1, and¬†September 1. I try to post about it on social media, and send ‘head’s up!’ emails so you will know!
  • How much does it cost, why don’t I see the price anywhere?
    I like for us to email each other back and forth, or have a free consultation before sending you the ‘checkout’ page. This way, we KNOW each other before we get started working together. (That being said, this package is $697 which ends up being about $55 per session ~ I try to keep this as inexpensive as possible! Coaches, counselors, therapists, psychiatrists, etc. range from 50-1,000’s of dollars per session!)
