How to Have a Positive Body Image

Good morning ladies! Thanks for being here. Today we’re talking about a sticky subject — body image.

First, let’s do a little body check:

  1. When you look in the mirror, how do you feel?
  2. When you’re out shopping for clothes, what types of things are you saying to yourself?
  3. When was the last time you felt great in your skin?
  4. Are your body image “goals” realistic? Maintainable?



Now, there’s nothing wrong with HOW you answered. All that was for is to see HOW you’re currently feeling in your skin… and why that might be.

In today’s short video, I’m sharing some out-of-the-norm tips on how to have a positive body image (when you FEEL good about yourself, you treat yourself well & you’re less likely to obsess and yo-yo back and forth with food)!
